Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas Overview

The Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas occupies the five top floors of the Mandalay Bay Resort, but with a separate entrance off Las Vegas Boulevard on the southern end of the Strip. The first AAA-rated, 5-Diamond hotel in Las Vegas, it’s truly an oasis of serenity in an area famous for its noisy patrons and frantic energy.

Four Seasons guests can expect luxury rooms and suites with an Art-Deco theme and large bathrooms with marble floors. Other notable things to look forward to include a highly regarded spa, exquisite fine dining, and Four Season’s signature exceptional service. Most guests rave about the hotel’s non-gaming, non-smoking environment, as there’s no dedicated casino on-site.

Even so, the hotel has immediate access to Las Vegas’ renowned entertainment and nightlife, as well as all the goodies offered by Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino. It’s home to numerous high-class restaurants, bars & lounges, a well-kept botanical garden with a private pool, meeting space, and a sophisticated porte-cochère.

  • Plush, art deco-inspired suites and rooms with breathtaking desert & strip views
  • Decadent dining experience
  • Offers direct access to amenities of Delano Las Vegas and Mandalay Bay
  • It has a renowned spa and cozy fitness center with views of the pool
  • It’s pet-friendly and offers free Wi-Fi access

CONS

  • A nightly resort fee is added to the room price
  • Dining can be pricey (but equally sophisticated)
  • There’s no casino at Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas (a plus for some guests)

Room & Suites at Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas

The first thing you’ll notice when you step into the guest rooms at Four Seasons is the splendid design and attention to detail.

They play out well with the impressive art deco collection and high ceilings noticeable right from the lobby. The standard room is spacious enough, starting at 500 square feet, and incorporates ottomans, velvet-upholstered chairs, tufted headboards, and fine-patterned carpeting.

Furnished with sophisticated mirrors, chrome lamps, lacquered vanities, and inlaid wooden desks, perhaps paying homage to the elegant art-déco movement. The shining stars of these rooms are definitely the floor-to-ceiling window walls that give impressive views of the desert and Strip below.

Aside from the signature art décor, rooms feature minibars, flat-screen TVs, exquisite custom bathrobes, and marble bathrooms with deep soaking tubs, L’Occitane toiletries, and separate walk-in showers.

Restaurants & Bars at Four Seasons Las Vegas

Four Seasons’ choice of restaurants and drinking options might be limited but are established and well-regarded. The main option is the Veranda, a casual eatery with floor-to-ceiling windows that offer amazing views of the Las Vegas Strip. It offers both outdoor and indoor seating, not to mention it opens for breakfast.

As you’d expect, the menu at Veranda is sophisticated and equally pricey, but the opulent ambiance makes it worth every extra dime.

Charlie Palmer Steak Bar is the other option, although its atmosphere is a bit more formal and club-esque.

There are also two bars and lounges on-site, namely the Pool Bar and Hotel Bar Press. The good news is that Four Seasons guests have direct access to the various dining options offered by Mandalay Bay. More than that, room service is also available 24/7.

Amenities at Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas

What Four Seasons Las Vegas lacks in quantity it more than makes up for in the immaculate level of service and quality of the amenities. From a renowned spa to a 24-hour business center, the hotel has it all.

Spa

The spa at Four Seasons Las Vegas is a pleasantly inviting, award-winning refuge; a true oasis of peace and tranquility nestled away from the hustle and bustle of Mandalay Bay Resort and the rest of Vegas. It offers a long menu of treatments that include wrinkle-repair facials, lavender body treatments, desert stone massages, and salon services.

Pools

The guests can access the hotel’s whirlpool and seasonal outdoor pool with poolside service and chaise lounges. Of course, guests have direct access to the pool amenities within the adjacent Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, which includes a large beach, a lazy river, and a wave pool.

Gym and Fitness

Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas has a high-tech fitness center complete with a sunlit airy workout area and impressive floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the pool. It’s equipped with weight training equipment and cardio equipment, along with yoga mats.

Business Amenities

Business amenities include a business center that operates 24 hours and unique services like translation and phone rental services. In total, it boasts 9 meeting rooms with a capacity of 900 seated guests.Amenities for ChildrenIf you bring along your family, your children will be welcomed with an amenity kitty on entry. They can also access a collection of strollers, board games, and a DVD library. Kids and baby toiletries are also available on-site. Although the hotel is non-gaming and doesn’t have its own nightclub or theater, you’ll have full access to all the casino and entertainment options offered by Mandalay Bay. In fact, the casino is accessible via a private elevator.

Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas Review: The Verdict

Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas is inarguably one of Sin City’s hidden gems, offering a tranquil and serene oasis in the middle of the Strip’s frenetic atmosphere. The Art Deco-inspired rooms are hard to beat with an airy and exclusive aura. Guests can expect a mix of good service, great decor, floor-to-ceiling windows, and best-in-class amenities that include flat-screen TVs and marble-floored bathrooms with deep soaking tubs and walk-in showers.

The only notable disadvantage is that the hotel is located on the southern end of the Strip, which means guests are almost a mile away from the city’s central attractions. There’s also no dedicated casino on-site, but then that is seen as a plus point by most guests.
